Every item will be send to Ebay address only; it is buyers responsibility to correct all problems with shipping address.
Shipping cost include Insurance, shipping and packing charges. Before asking about shipping cost please check UPS store shipping and packing charges including prices for boxes and packing materials.
Shipping is via USPS Parcel Post or UPS Ground. UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.
Please be aware that we observe most national holidays and therefore you may see a  slight delay in processing your orders around holidays.
Most orders will ship within 2 business days after payment is received.
Shipping will be calculated based on buyer's location using eBay's built in shipping calculator.

Returns Policy
Items are returnable within 30 days from date of receipt, items must be returned in the same condition as sold, please contact us first for RMA number. Any shipping fees  are non refundable. Do not return any item without RMA number, we will refuse the package.

Your bid is a contract. Bidders must place a bid only if serious about making the purchase and agreed with all terms and conditions. If any calibration is required, it is buyer's responsibility and the condition of any batteries are unknown unless stated in the auction.

Refund issued at our discretion based on those tests.  Shipping costs cannot be refunded.  Return policy and/or warranty apply only to buyers within the United States.

The removal or damage to calibration or warranty seals, will void any warranty or return privileges

Item guaranteed to be operational for 30 days from receipt.  Should the item fail to be operational, it may be sent back at the expense of the buyer to be tested by our staff. We may issue a refund or replace with suitable replacement.
