Easy to Apply:

• Slide your hand though the sleeve with the brace on the top of your hand and the thicker hook and loop strap closer to you.
• Adjust the brace on your wrist so that the thinner hook and loop strap aligns with your wrist's flexion point.
• Tighten the hook and loop strap to achieve your preferred amount of support.
• Tighten the bottom strap first to ensure that the brace stays in place and does not slide up or down your arm.
• Adjust the top strap in order to achieve your preferred amount of support.
