The Philips HeartStart OnSite AED is a user-friendly, lightweight automated external defibrillator designed for use by non-medical personnel in sudden cardiac arrest situations. The device provides clear voice guidance step-by-step from pad placement to CPR instructions and shock delivery. It comes virtually “ready to rescue” out of the box — battery and adult SMART Pads cartridge pre-installed in many Ready-Pack bundles. Its intuitive design, built-in self-tests, and automatic rhythm analysis help simplify lifesaving actions. The unit is suitable for adults and — with optional Infant/Child SMART Pads — children. Key features include a rapid “Quick Shock” capability (minimizing interruption of CPR) and daily/weekly/monthly self-tests for readiness.
Many bundled sets also include a carry case, manual, quick-reference guide, and inspection/maintenance tag.
