This listing is for a pair. These are the gusset stiffeners for Harley's OEM Springer saddlebags. They are made out of a sturdy HDPE. The HDPE is precision cut to fit the inside of the bag and help straighten out any creases and give the bag structure and strength. If the bag has shrunk too far the plastic may need to be trimmed down to fit the individual bag.
