FAST-DRYING FLEXIBLE EPOXY
2-part type - mix 50-50 ratio

Epoxy is a very strong general-purpose glue that works on almost everything.  The flexible type dries quickly and provides some flexibility (like hard rubber), which allows the product to absorb shock and vibration and resist cracking better than regular epoxy.  Dries a translucent cream color.  For best results, paint it afterwards to protect from UV light for outdoor applications.

Easy to use: Dispense equal amounts of glue, then use a disposable stick to mix together in a disposable cup or on a piece of scrap paper. Then quickly apply to the parts being bonded - only 3-4 minutes of working time. Within 10 minutes, the glue will be set and will be fully cured in about 4 hours.  Develops full bond strength after about 6-8 hours.

NOTE: these time estimates depend on the temperature - at warmer temps the glue will set faster (and will be more runny).  For best results, don't use epoxy when its cold.
