This is a vintage Little Golden Book 1955 edition of the Gertrude Crampton children's classic, Scuffy the Tugboat and His Adventures Down the River. 

The letter "F" is in the lower right corner of the last page. 

The pages are yellowed and intact, except the last page has a tiny tear at the bottom. 

The covers have wear. 

The spine has damage.
