I think if you are looking at this, you are familiar with what it is, so I wont provide a verbose description.  The device seems to power on via PoE, and I even updated the latest 1.40 firmware (3.40).  The USB does trigger, but doesnt seem to power it properly, and no lights appear.  USB dings and reports that its not recognized.  You may have a different experience, but thats what it does for me.  Consider this for parts, and no returns.
