Serial# 40849, indicating 1915 as the year of manufacture.   Very good playing condition, good physical condition, with areas of wear and small dings from normal use and age. Includes an HN White "C" mouthpiece, music holder and a very well worn but functional case. The three keys depress and rebound properly. The four slides/curves move easily.
