I am not 100% certain on which trains are included but here are some possibilities ...

Yellow Shinkansen (likely modeled after the Doctor Yellow inspection train).

Blue and yellow tram (resembles Enoden or local tram lines).

Green tram marked "501" (possibly based on old Tokyo streetcars).

White/green Shinkansen (possibly E4 Max or E2 Series).

Black/red/white commuter train (maybe Tokyo Metro or Keikyu).

White/pink East-i train (modeled after real inspection trains).

2" Capsule Plarail trains

Capsule Plarail is a toy range produced by Takara Tomy Arts (formerly Tomy Yujin) since 1999. It is a small version of the Plarail range sold in Gacha capsule (gashapon) vending machines. It features engines with wind-up mechanisms and a plastic blue track system. Since 2000, series based on Thomas and Friends have been produced.
