VINTAGE/ANTIQUE ITEMS: We accept the generally observed definition of “vintage” as at least 20 years old, and “antique” as at least 100 years old. The majority of items we sell are either vintage or antique, and may show their age  through signs of wear and tear. 

SHIPPING: We do not set shipping costs, the carrier does. We ship within one business day of cleared payment excluding weekends and holidays. We gladly combine shipping on multiple purchases. To do as much as we can for the environment, we attempt to re-use shipping materials whenever possible, but the safe and secure packaging of your purchase is always our priority. We keep a video log of the packaging of all items, as well as a video log of the opening of all returned packages, to ensure accuracy and for the protection of all parties.
