As the numbers of artisan coffee roasters and tea merchants increases each year, hot chocolate has been left behind. However, we intend to change that.

Before cocoa powder was invented, all hot chocolates were made with real, indulgent chocolate. But then... along came cocoa powder, which was cheap to manufacture but poor in flavour. Going back to basics, all of our products use real chocolate just waiting to be melted. Because of this, our drinks are much more creamy and luxurious than anything you are used to.

As with all OUR drinking chocolates, you’ll find a medium to high cacao content. Not only does this provide a decadently creamy texture, but it also lets those deep chocolate notes through!

To get the most out of your Hot Chocolate, we recommend preparing it with our at-home hot chocolate machine, which we have listed under the title MILK FROTHER this works even BETTER than the Velvetiser™.

Our HOT CHOCOLATE MAKER is far easier to clean as it goes in the dishwasher and also have FOUR different settings:

However, you can also whip up a warming mug of hot chocolate on the hob.

To use the Milk Frother or Velvetiser™:

Pour 220ml of dairy or plant milk into your Velvetiser™.

Sprinkle around 30-35g of hot chocolate flakes in ……

Press the button and let the Frother or Velvetiser™ work its magic.

In few minutes, you will have a barista-grade hot chocolate to enjoy.

You can still use this if you don’t own a Velvetiser or any hot chocolate maker, simply add the 30-35g to a saucepan containing 220ml of your preferred milk and stir until dissolved. Please do not boil as this will spoil the delicious taste. Or my friend even make’s hers in her microwave 😉
