30-Day Return Policy

Eligibility for Return:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
• Returns for items not in their original condition or outside the 30-day window may be subject to restocking fees or may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs:

• For items returned due to buyer’s remorse (e.g., changed your mind), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• For items returned due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, item not as described), we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refund Process:

• Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 3 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges:

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
