Returns
You may exchange or return the item for a refund, less shipping charges, within 30 days of shipment date.
- Return / Exchange item(s) must be in original condition. If the item was factory sealed, it means it must be returned factory sealed. All manual(s) and accessories(s) must be included in the original package.
- Refund for returned and opened item is subject to a 15% restocking fee unless the item is defective.
- Opened game(s), hardware(s) and software(s) may not be returned, exchanged, nor are they eligible for a refund.
- Shipping Fee is non-refundable.
We ship globally Via eBay's global shipping program (GSP). Thus we don't cover returns for items shipped globally. Buyers returning such items will be refunded ONLY for the item's cost and not for the shipping.
