It replaces PTFE tape and cord, delivers instant sealing against moderate pressure, and cures to form a shock and vibration resistant seal that remains reliable from -55°C to +150°C. Apply a continuous bead 1 to 2 threads back from the leading edge. Ensure full coverage around the circumference. Assemble and tighten the joint. Wipe away excess uncured material. Liquid product can attack some coatings and plastics. Pre test if unsure. For disassembly, use normal tools. Heat components to approximately +150°C to +250°C if required, then remove cured residue mechanically and clean with solvent. Store in a cool, dry place at or below +25°C.
