Rare NOS Zemco DCS-300 Digital Computer System – Complete with Cruise Control Module
Up for sale is a brand-new-in-box Zemco DCS-300 — Zemco’s flagship digital trip and fuel computer from the early 1980s, featuring integrated electronic cruise control.
This is the mac-daddy of Zemco’s lineup — the full system that combined a fuel economy computer, trip computer, and cruise control unit long before any of these features were factory-standard. Designed for carbureted and early fuel-injected vehicles, it offered drivers instant MPG, average fuel economy, fuel used, distance to empty, trip time, and more — plus a precision electronic cruise control.
I owned one of these back in the 80's and loved it. I bought this for my vintage Airstream Motorhome, but found the one that works with my new Fuel Injected TBI BBC Motor, so this is now surplus.

Everything appears unused, with factory packaging intact. The LCD display lens is perfect, crystal clear, and all wiring and connectors are still factory-wrapped. Perfect for a collector, period-correct restoration, or display.
Zemco products were premium aftermarket instruments in the 1970s–80s, sold through high-end car audio and RV dealers. The DCS-300 was their top-of-the-line model — combining trip computer data, fuel economy readings, and electronic cruise control in a single system. Very few complete, unused kits have survived.
Condition: New old stock (NIB) – never installed.
Packaging: Original box with factory materials. Even teh original receipt!
Functionality: Untested due to age; sold as collectible electronic equipment.
Visual: Excellent cosmetic condition, no discoloration or corrosion.
Because of its age, this system is sold as-is for display, restoration, or collector use only. Installation on modern EFI systems may require custom adaptation. No returns for compatibility or installation issues.
