This remarkable collectible plate, titled “L’Espulsione dei Cambiavalute” (The Expulsion of the Money Changers), is the sixth and final plate in the “Le Porte del Ghiberti” series by acclaimed Italian sculptor Alberto Santangela.

Produced by Studio Dante di Volterra in Tuscany, Italy, this hand-cast alabaster relief faithfully reproduces one of the panels from the North Doors of the Florence Baptistery, originally created by Lorenzo Ghiberti in 1424.

Commissioned under the auspices of the Museo del Duomo di Firenze, this plate exemplifies Italian Renaissance artistry and Tuscan craftsmanship.
