FYI, in case anyone doesn't know, the USPS delivers the mail. The USPS has been "struggling" since Covid. Most people by now are aware of this fact. A great deal of mail now takes 3-4 weeks to reach the recipient. Please be patient, most mail does get there eventually!!
Lately, we have been getting returns from the post office, return to sender NIXIE - vacant - unable to forward, refused - unable to forward, and not deliverable as addressed. We are aware that this is not true and want our customers to know that we will resend the orders to the same address.
We always ship within 1-3 business days.
