Payment

Unless otherwise stated, the Prices for Products exclude all insurance, freight, federal, state and local taxes, fees, and other governmental assessments, all of which shall be paid by Buyer directly.

Returns

Satisfaction with your purchase is important to us, so we accept returns on non-electrical items for 30 days after the item has been delivered. All returns require prior authorization; contact us for a return authorization number.

If you receive an item that is incorrect or damaged, please contact us right away. If we, the seller, are not at fault, then the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs (ex. If a buyer orders a right-side tail lamp, but actually needed a left, the buyer would be responsible for shipping the lamp back for a refund or exchange).

If you do not contact us within the 30-day time period, per eBay's return policy, we are not obligated to accept the return. Once the returned item arrives, it is inspected and compared to the photos taken of it before it was shipped. All refunds are contingent upon this inspection.
