New old stock that I acquired from a local lighting and lamp company that closed after over 100 years in business. This particular lamp switch has been discontinued from Leviton. They used to stock many lamp parts but phased out much of that stock a few decades ago. Specs are as follows:

Brass knurled turn knob is 3/8" high. Can not be removed.
Stainless steel (I'm pretty sure) threaded shank is 5/8" high
There's a 6 sided metal bushing nut that can adjust how much threaded shank you need for the lamp
Knurled nut that tightens the switch in place on the outside is silver in color so aluminum? or stainless steel?
2 brown coated copper wires can be separated if need be and are approximately 6" long with the last inch stripped
Total height from the bottom to the top of the knob is 1 1/2"
Brown plastic back is most likely bakelite
Marked 3A - 250V - 6A - 125VT
UL listed & SA listed

If you buy multiples, I'll combine shipping and refund the difference.
