X This is for a Booklet printed Monthly by the U S Naval War College in Newport R I.  Please see the photos for details.  This was printed in January 1961 and contents include "France in the Contemporary Scene" and The German Federal Republic : Their Problems and Prospects.  An interesting booklet from a Time over half a Century ago.  Nice condition.  4 more different month booklets are also available - Feb & March & April & May all 1961.
