Store Policies

General Terms

• Items must be paid within 4 calendar days, as required by eBay policy.
• *NEW* We allow a 7-day window for combining purchases into a single invoice. Any items purchased after this period will require a separate invoice.
• Once an invoice is issued, buyers have up to 11 calendar days to complete payment. Unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled in accordance with eBay policy.
• Additional items cannot be added to an invoice once it has been paid.

Shipping

• Shipping costs are calculated using eBay’s built-in shipping calculator, based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.
• At checkout, rates will display as UPS Standard (the service used for cost calculation). Depending on your location, orders may be shipped with FedEx or UPS, always using a service equal to or faster than the one shown at checkout.
• All shipments include tracking through a major carrier. We currently do not ship via Canada Post.
• Shipping options cannot be substituted or changed.
• Orders are processed within 5 business days of payment (excluding weekends and Canadian statutory holidays).
• Orders over $400 require a signature upon delivery. This cannot be waived or changed.
• Items marked “Local Pickup Only” cannot be shipped.

• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories/insular areas (e.g., Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands).
• We do not work with third-party carriers or accept prepaid shipping labels provided by customers. 

Combined Shipping

• We are happy to offer combined shipping to help you save. Please request a combined invoice (or send us a message) before making payment.
• Combined shipping is available for up to 15 items per invoice. Orders with more than 15 items will be split into multiple invoices.
• Items can be combined only if:
• They ship from the same location
• They are purchased within 7 days of each other (our combining window)
• Payment has not yet been made
• Some items cannot be combined due to size, fragility, extra handling, or cost (e.g., receivers, turntables, guitars, artwork, oversized or delicate items). These may need to ship separately and cannot be combined with other purchases.
• We reserve the right to decline combining certain items if it would risk damage or be uneconomical. In such cases, standard shipping rates will apply.
• For safety, combined orders may ship in multiple boxes, but the combined shipping rate will still apply.

Local Pickup (London, Ontario)

• Select Local Pickup at checkout and complete payment before arranging pickup.
• eBay only allows us to share exact pickup details after payment.
• Pickup hours:
• Mon–Wed: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Thu–Fri: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Closed weekends & Canadian statutory holidays
• Please allow 1 business day after payment for us to prepare your order.
• Items must be picked up within 14 days of payment, or they will be refunded and relisted.
• For pickups of 5 or more items, please contact us in advance with your arrival time so we can prepare your order.
• eBay may send you a QR code or barcode for your order. We do not use this system at this time.
• Please bring your order number and a valid photo ID when picking up.
• If you select Local Pickup at checkout but later request shipping, we will need to cancel the order and relist the item.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (U.S. Orders)

• All items ship from Canada.
• U.S. orders may be subject to import charges (customs duties, tariffs, taxes, brokerage).
• These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
• Buyers are responsible for all import charges due at or after delivery.
• We cannot declare lower values or mark items as gifts under any circumstances.
• Refused orders will be returned to us and refunded minus any import charges incurred.
