Return Policy



We offer a 30-day return policy under the following conditions:


1. Condition of Returns


All items must be returned in their original, non-damaged condition, including original manufacturer’s packaging, documentation, manuals, and accessories. Returns missing any of these components may be refused.


2. Restocking Fee


• For all returns that are not due to item defect or misdescription, a minimum 10% restocking fee will apply.


• If an item has been opened and/or used, the restocking fee may increase. Depending on condition, up to 50% may be deducted if the item is returned heavily used, damaged, or missing packaging/accessories.


• Factory-sealed items that are opened can no longer be resold as new and will be subject to deductions.


3. Locked or Incomplete Returns


All accounts (Google, Samsung, iCloud, etc.), passwords, and screen locks must be removed, and the device reset to factory settings before return. Devices returned locked or with active accounts may not qualify for a refund.


4. IMEI & Fraud Protection


Each device’s IMEI/serial number is recorded before shipping. If the returned item does not match the original unit shipped, no refund will be issued, and the matter will be reported to eBay for review.
