We aren't sure if this veil is for a toddler, preschooler or large doll.
It came from an estate sale with several Fisher Price dress up items so we believe that might be a Fisher Price veil but we aren't sure.
The elastic measures approximately: 17 inches around, not stretched.
The lace measures: 12 long (without the ruffle at the top)
14 inches at top (below the elastic)
16 inches at bottom
2 inches above the elastic
