400 Jahre (Year) Stadt Frankenthal Germany 4-1/2" Round Commemorative Coin on Ribbon

Estate find.

Two stickers on back of coin/medal were there when I purchased it.  Not sure of the significance of those stickers.

Very detailed markings on front of Medal/Coin including a lion wearing a crown and standing.

Appears to be a crest of some kind.

There is a triangle-shaped banner beneath the lion's paws.

The medal/coin is heavy and appears to be dark gray - like pewter on front.

No markings to disclose the type of metal.

Embroidered ribbon is connected to top of coin/medal and extends about 3-1/2" to another fancy metal hanger.
