This Department 56 3 piece set includes the Cratchit Family on a sled, and two individual children figurines. It’s in great used condition with no chips or cracks. It comes with the original box, with has some staining/slight areas of wear.

There are three small loose pieces that are assembled—2 lanterns and a thin pole.
