Does not include hard drive/ssd or an operating system. Has a i7-4810mq clue and 16gb of RAM. The laptop works fine, except the touchpad has detection issues and some of the keys on the keyboard have stopped responding one of the three USB 3.0 ports on the right does not work also. I had this laptop running as a Plex server until recently as it had no functionality problems beyond the ones listed.
