It’s called the “neck and neck” a speedy game …..looks like there are race horses on the cover.

It is dated copyright 1929 the embossing company, Albany, New York USA it comes with one tiny dice, but not the pegs. I’ve seen bigger games like this, but this is a tiniest one I’ve ever seen.
