See pictures for best description.  Large sign with feet on back that enables it to stand on counter. Made by Weiller Company of Philadelphia.  It shows some wear and tear but still displays well.  It is interesting that the ice cream graphics was made first and the Foremost and smaller Ice Cream banners were applied over it.  Perhaps they used a generic graphic and could customize it according to the brand of ice cream.  My guess is that there were used in restaurants to advertise the brand of ice cream they served as dessert.  I think this dates back to the 1960s or 70s but you can decide about that for yourself.  I found no date on it.  Thanks for viewing.
