LOST ITEM

In the event of lost items, you must contact your package carrier (FedEx, USPS, UPS, etc.) and initiate the claim process.

SHIPPING

Orders are ground shipped within 24-72 hours of being received, except on weekends and holidays, unless prior arrangements have been made.  We will gladly combine shipping on multiple orders, and we are willing to expedite shipping for a fee or use faster shipping services at your cost.  FedEx and UPS are our standard shipping methods.

INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS

We only ship through eBay's Global Shipping Program.  Buyers are responsible for any and all customs charges and Duty Fees.

RETURNS

In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly take the item back and give you a full refund of the purchase price.  Domestic buyers will not have to pay for a return shipping label.  International buyers may return items within 30 days of receipt, but will need to purchase their own shipping label.  When returning your item the prepaid shipping label will be generated for the eBay primary shipping address.  Once your return has been received and accepted, your purchase will be refunded within 2 business days.

Customers are required to return items in their original packaging with all cords, adapters, accessories, and documentation that was included when the product was originally shipped.
