Tested good non d.o.a. ?    Working and guaranteed not to be dead on arrival. No other guarantee.
Sold as is ?    No guarantee as it may not have to have a Guarantee, or it may or may not have been tested. No returns

    We also try to give you a good idea of the condition of the merchandise.
Rating are subjective..ie.. our idea of normal use may differ from someone else?s normal use. If you buy used understand it is not new and there are different levels of conditions.

Our ratings of the condition are defined as follows:
Excellent      ?  Almost new condition with very little if anything wrong with it as described. May have slight imperfections.
Good    -  Good condition usually nothing wrong with it unless described otherwise. May have imperfections , slight blemishes, minor scratches , dents, minor missing pcs.etc.
Fair    ?  Fair condition may have large imperfections, slight brokenness, and per description, blemished, scratches, dents,etc 
Poor ?    Poor condition  usually is it may look and or not work well as intended. Could have large imperfections, blemishes, scratches, dents, missing parts and per the description.
