[The interior, natural fiber muslin liner has a few minor stains and/or slight episodes of discoloration. This is commensurate with its vintage pedigree and evidence the suit was previously worn. It's been recently carefully hand washed in gentle Woolite and thoroughly rinsed and hand dried flat. The vintage bathing suit is odor free. Only the interior cotton liner shows any demonstrable evidence of prior use. The exterior woven cotton shell is still in very good overall condition, with no color degradations, unsightly stains or material loss, tears or repairs. Estate fresh and found in a closet in a box, placed in between wood blankets, which helped protect and preserve it over the years. Great color, great styling and great condition make for a great 1940's vintage women's bathing suit. From the Jantzen Knitting Mills in Portland, Oregon. Wear it with pride.]
