on the right sleeve there is dark marks and on the bottom of the shirt there is dark marks as well. It looks like they are just stepped on markings from a dirty shoe. Because this is a 1970s vintage shirt, I didn't want to try to wash and stain treat. 

I cannot read the cursive writing on the tag. I want to say it's Donlin, but I can't find anything about it.
