Includes stamps from Spanish Guinea, Guinea, Senegal, Vietnam, Laos, Mozambique, Bulgaria etc. 

Fair. Items were previously hinged. Backs of stamps may be slightly damaged from hinge removal. My impression of these stamps (as a complete non-expert) is that many of them are franked but unused.
