In the original box, Pottery Barn Barona condiment tray with 3 bowls and 3 spoons.  It does have some light scratching due to use mostly on the inside and edges of the tray.  Please see photos for details.  

Measurements: the tray is 12 3/4" x 4 1/4," the spoons are 4" in length and the bowls are 4" x 4."
