New with tags.  Item has a few flaws - shoulder shows a slight irregularity in the material - and there is a slight discoloration (I think) in the fabric at wrist - I have taken a close up of both.  The discoloration you can barely see and it seems to look like how the rest of the shirt is...but not 100% sure on that.
