Before placing the screen protector, please follow the instructions in the package to clean the screen.

Please make sure there is no more dirt or dust on the screen before applying the screen protector. Also, please try to find a humid place with less dust to install the screen protector.

All Shipments are made via USPS First-Class Letter Mail. 

We will ship to eBay CONFIRMED ADDRESS ONLY. No Exceptions.

All orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours during business days (Monday to Friday), after the payment is received in full.

We DO NOT ship out orders on weekends and holidays.

We will not be responsible for shipping courier's delay due to unforeseeable circumstances, such as natural disasters, and longer processing time at the shipping courier during holiday shopping season.  

All items will be inspected carefully before packaging.

IMPORTANT: please double check your shipping address, be sure to include Apartment/Suite # if applicable.

Refused or undeliverable shipments are not grounds for a refund. The shipment, if returned, will be held until a $5.00 handling fee and funds to cover re-shipping are secured. 

Return Policy

 

In order for us to offer our customers the lowest prices of items, all auction sales are considered final unless "defective". Please inspect your order upon receipt. No returns will be accepted for any reason after 14 days of delivery.

We can only issue an exchange or refund if the item is received defective or incorrect item shipped.

All items must be in the same condition that you received it. Any alterations have been made or the item worn will not be accepted. As received with all accompanied accessories and literature, including the original packaging. Item must NOT BE USED at all, otherwise a 20% restocking fees will be charged.

All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable in any circumstances.

Please inspect your order upon receipt. No claims will be honored after 14 days of delivery. We will not reimburse shipping fee for all returned items.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.

We will not resend product before we get a confirmation from insurance claim or the returned item from customers.

All items are brand new unless otherwise stated.
