MATERIAL SPECIFICATION
Unless otherwise explicitly stated, our stainless products are UNPOLISHED, with bright factory satin finish
The colour of the parts is silver-grey, bare, untreated stainless steel
Some stainless steels may exhibit slight magnetism - this is normal and will not affect performance.
Many of our Ebay items are offered as suggested replacements/improvements but NONE contain OEM parts.
No endorsement from any manufacturer or trademark holder is inferred by reference to such name or mark

PRICING & PAYMENTS
VAT is included in sale price where applicable at current rate.
A VAT invoice will be issued on request - please add a note to your order at checkout.
Goods will only be despatched on receipt of CLEARED funds

FULFILMENT
All items are despatched from our premises in the UK - we dont drop-ship or use a Trojan Horse storefront
SHIPPING may take SIGNIFICANTLY LONGER than Ebay's overoptimistic estimates.
OVERSEAS customers please allow up to 28 days from despatch notification to final delivery
We strive to despatch your items promptly, and most orders received before 2PM are despatched that day
ROYAL MAIL are working extremely hard to deliver your items, but transit times have been impacted recently
Most freepost items arrive within 5 days to 1 week, but they can, and do, sometimes take longer.
Delivery times are completely beyond our control and we appreciate your patience and forbearance from leaving
low star ratings or negative feedback due to delays in transit.
