This is a 2002  E-Topps Greg Maddux Chrome NO 46 limited edition of 4008 produced. Etopps started making highly refractive chromium trading cards in 2000. They made these special high-definition cards for about 12 years. All the different cards had limited runs and none over 5000 making them some of the rarest cards in the marketplace. The cards themselves are beautiful cards. Each card comes in a hard plastic case with the company seal on it along with a round hologram seal on the card itself. Even though the cards had a limited run a lot of them were never released and were destroyed by the company. So the cards could be a lot rarer than the low serial number suggests.
