Masters contestants yardage guide, compiled by George L. Lucas.  These were only given to the Masters Tournament contestants, this one came from the family of Gene Sarazen, also a 1996 Friday pairing sheet with several folds and a 1996 Monday ticket with a smudge on the back.  Included is a letter of Authenticity from the Sarazen family.
