Polaris RZR PRO XP & XP TURBO Long Block Engine – Remanufactured

At this price, we require a core. We have other purchase options available if you don’t have a good core. The process is simple. Purchase the item, include year/make/model/vin, we send a label for you to ship us your core. Rebuild time is 1-2 weeks at our facility. We send back your rebuilt engine with 6-month warranty after assembly & testing is complete. Total purchase to ship time is generally 3-4 weeks due to shipping core to our facility first.

Reman Engine Process

All engines are cleaned & blasted. Reman engines receive new pistons & rings, seals, gaskets, water pump seal kit, oil pump, timing chain, and oil filter. All other items are spec checked. Parts replaced as needed. Heads are rebuilt with new valves & guide seals. Crankshafts are inspected and replaced if not in near new condition.

Shipping

Shipping is UPS Ground. Most engines are sent out in a wooden crate with insurance. No PO boxes. Physical address required. Tracking is uploaded & available when shipped.

Core Requirements

Engine core is valued at $500. Core must show up complete without holes/cracks. If core has holes, locked up, or disassembled we value it at 50% of core charge.

Warranty

All reman engines come with the MIFI guarantee. 6 Month parts warranty included on all engines. Labor isn’t covered. Any questions please reach out.

Returns

All item returns must be completed within 30 days. After 30 days, sales are considered final.
