Made with high-quality materials, Chill Tips are comfortable and easy to use from start to finish. Customize the tips to your nail, while using the gentle, non-damaging glue to secure everything in place for results that have the look and feel of a classic gel mani.
Kit Includes: 24 nails to find your match, dual-sided buffer and file, cuticle stick and gentle glue.
How To Apply:
Step 1: PREP - prep your nails to apply the tips. Push cuticles back with the wooden tool provided. Buff and smooth your nails with the file provided in the box.
Step 2: SELECT - remove tips from the box and choose which size work best for your hands and nails. Lay them out on the cardboard piece provided.
Step 3: GLUE - moving from thumb to pinky, apply a small dot of glue to the base of the tip and the finger nail.
Step 4: PRESS - press firmly for 30 seconds per nail focusing on the edges of nail, this ensures that no moisture or bacteria gets under the nail. Et voila! You’re ready to go.
How To Remove:
Step 1: SOAK - place hands in warm water with soap for 5 minutes to loosen the glue and soften cuticles.
Step 2: LOOSEN - apply any skin-safe oil (our Chillhouse oils work great!) around your nails to loosen the glue from around the edges.
Step 3: REMOVE - once you begin to feel the glue soften, use the wood cuticle pusher to leverage space between your natural nail and the press-on nail. Gently pop-off nails and reuse as you wish.

You will see that every product is listed with a condition next to it. Here is some guidance as to what you can expect when you receive your item;
New - No need to expand here, you will receive a lovely brand new product.
Missing Box - You will not receive the original box with this product.
Imperfect Box - The box has some dinks, scratches, rips, scuffs or stains .
Imperfect Container - The container has some dinks, scuffs or stains on the bottle, label or pump top.
Missing Pump - The pump/spray top is missing from the bottle but the product can still be used if you unscrew it. Or, you could use a pump from a previous or similar product.
Missing Lid - The lid has gone AWOL. This includes caps and tops, but the product will always be unopened or have some kind of seal.
Damaged Lid - The lid will be cracked or might have a little piece missing. The lid will be secured for shipping.
Small Amount Missing - A small amount of the product has escaped! The maximum amount that will have leaked is 15% of the total volume, usually a lot less.

Due to the original box having been damaged or in poor condition it may be packed and sent in a white padded envelope or brown cardboard box. We will however try and send the original box on every occasion. Each product listing will state if the original packaging is included or not.
We aim to have our items dispatched within 1 working day (Monday - Friday *excluding public holidays). We use USPS First Class mail as standard but also offer USPS Priority Mail tracked services for our heavier and more premium items.
Shipping Information:
- It ems under 1lb are shipped via USPS First Class Mail with partial tracking.
- Items over 1lb are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with full tracking.
- Orders are normally dispatched within 24 hours of orders being placed (Monday to Friday).
- Tracking will be e-mailed to you and uploaded to your eBay account when the item has shipped.
