BK Precision 2120B 30MHz Dual Trace Oscilloscope, comes with instructions, cords, a couple little plastic screwdrivers (I assume for making adjustments), and the clear plastic control cover (I forgot to take a picture with it, it's dusty but no cracks in it).  See video above to see it turned on and various controls tested - I didn't have anything to connect it to to test but all of controls I tried seem to be working properly.
