4. Current Detection Limiting in Each PWM Cycle
This measure will reduce impact of pulse current on motor. XC Controllers will process current 20 thousand times per second, so we can get response in time and don’t need to shut down speed controllers. Comparing to XC Controllers disposal, the traditional methods on processing overcurrent and short circuit are really inefficient. How do the traditional approaches process overcurrent? ESCs will process overcurrent 10 times per second before executing control measures such as dropping power, shut down ESCs. This method is too slow. For short circuit, ESCs will be shut down immediately, it’s quick but the experience is really not good.
