The product is Joan Kessler Vintage Roses on Light Blue Fabric, sold by the yard. Made of 100% cotton, this floral patterned fabric features a rose theme on a light blue background. New old stock.  Fabric was acquired from the estate of an avid quilter.  See photos for texture.  It's lighter weight fabric but not completely sheer.
