Hat is in great shape for its age. It has minimal staining; there is some - especially in the sweatband but not as much as you'd expect a 35+ year old white hat to have (see pictures and zoom in on the sweatband for more detail on that). The bill is pretty straight currently but was clearly creased down the middle at one point. I think it looks good the way it is now (it sits slightly creased); but the bill board is still pretty solid so it could be more creased if you prefer them that way.
