AS IS UNTESTED Aera / Hitachi Transformer TC FC-PAR780C Flow Controller 500 SCCM

This flow controller is UNTESTED and is being SOLD AS IS / FOR PARTS OR NOT WORKING due to lack of proper equipment to test it. It is in decent cosmetic condition with some signs of previous use such as scuffing, marks, scratches, and overall cosmetic wear. The biggest cosmetic issue is some scratches and marks on the left side of the device, as shown in photo 7. Please note it also appears that the serial number is scratched off.
