            ATTENTION WISCONSIN RESIDENTS:

There are a couple of post offices in Wisconsin that are, on occasion, mistakenly charging my customers an additional fee in order get their shipment. This doesn't happen every time. This is only happening in Wisconsin - nowhere else in the country - and is an obvious mistake on their part. I purchase all my pre-approved USPS shipping labels through eBay, and have for more than a decade.. There has never been a problem until recently, and only with a few specific Wisconsin post offices. If this happens with your shipment, pay the additional fee, send me a picture of the receipt, and I will refund you that money. I have to have the receipt so I can get reimbursed.
