Vintage 90s made in USA single stitch saugatuck Michigan nautical yachting t shirt still new with tags

The shirt has never been worn but it does have some very faint yellow marks from storage around the neck area which is pictured above.

This should come out with some oxi clean or bleach but in order to do so you would have to remove the tags from the shirt so I have not washed it myself as the tags are part of what makes this vintage t shirt rarer.
