Antique, worn,19th Century Ornate Scissors in Sheath. See all photos and READ full description. The maker mark is very worn. Under microscope an initial is barely legible, followed by "WILLE" and then partial " Germany" is seen underneath. Some online research showed this is "possibly Eduard Wille/Stahlwille" brand. Buyer to do own research before purchase.
- The handles are brass, the remaining pieces are steel; including sheath.
- These are very old, and the metal is worn, dull, has chips & some surface rust and pitting in spots.
- The scissor blades have a gap when closed. (see marked photo).
- The blade ends are bent or have tip damage.
- Blades are approx. 5 3/4" long.
- Scissors are approx. 10 1/4" long x 3" wide at handles.
- Sheath is approx. 8 1/2" long x 2" wide at top (widest spot).
- Weight of both is 8.1 oz.
