These are marked 38, which translates to a 7.5 / 8, but they are much longer than a 7.5 length.  They are on the narrow side, too, but they aren't marked narrow.  I recommend these for someone with a borderline medium-narrow width in size 8 to 8.5.  A 9N would also be a good fit.  

I took a paper tape measure and ,measured the round space of the toe-band and came up with somewhere between 8 and 8.5" which is the length of some bracelets.  Also, the shoe fro, Toe tip to heel is 9.5".
